I was looking for a Site since a year. I have come across many agents and companies. We never got the feeling from any of those companies as we felt from Naksh Infrastructure. These people will take a lot of time to understand the client requirement and share the properties which are appropriate only. This really pushed me to buy a site with them leaving behind all other agents and companies i previously contacted. Very professional, understanding and convenient people to work with.

I bought a Commercial rental income property through Naksh Infrastructure. The process was smooth starting from showing the properties, Helping us to know the market price, explaining the process of transition and their help till the registration was admirable. I have not seen such a professional real estate consultants. I appreciate Mr. Hemanth for building such a nice team.

I was referred to Naksh Infrastructure by a friend of mine who was a client of them. The first day i came to them, they asked my requirements, preferences, budget, if i am going for loan etc. They took one week time and provided me almost 6 properties which was matching my requirements, preferences. We shortlisted three properties and visited. The dedication and commitment these guys have is uncommentable. They had the complete papers ready for perusal, pricing was really decent compered to other agent pricing. The negotiations was directly with the seller. We felt happy.
